My goal as a counselor is to help my clients overcome mental and emotional hardship and/or trauma in order to move forward; not just survive, but thrive in everyday life. I assist clients with emotional awareness, setting goals, and walking with them through their difficulties. Through a collaborative effort with my clients, I aim to listen, empathize, and problem solve. My focus is on assisting children (5+), families, blended families, marriages, premarital couples, and adults through life’s challenges.
In our counseling sessions we will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused approaches along with many other interventions to collaborate on goals and help you move forward.
Please reach out if you are seeking to become a new client in person or via telehealth. I look forward to hearing your story and helping you on your journey!
